AfterFive helps people discover restaurant happy hours and gives authorized business users tools to maintain restaurant listings. Features and availability may change as the service develops.
Listing accuracy
Happy-hour schedules, prices, menus, participation, and availability can change without notice. AfterFive provides source and verification information where available, but does not guarantee that every listing is current or error-free. Confirm important details with the restaurant before visiting or purchasing.
Business accounts
You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for any business or restaurant location you claim or manage. You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for activity performed through your account. Each restaurant location is managed independently according to verified authorization.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit deceptive information, impersonate another person or business, or use AfterFive in a way that violates applicable law or another person’s rights.
Third-party services
AfterFive may link to restaurant websites, menus, maps, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices, and AfterFive is not responsible for their content or availability.
Ownership
AfterFive and its original design, software, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Restaurant names, menus, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. AfterFive is not responsible for decisions made from listing information, restaurant experiences, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
